AB 578
AB 578 the Electronic Recording Delivery Act of 2004 provides that the Attorney General shall in consulation with interested parties, adopt regulation for use in electronic recording delivery systems. The County Recorders Association of Califonia is working with the Attorney General in the adoption of these regulations.
